SPECIFICATION

The cryogenic tank consists of two reservoirs, the main reservoir is located inside an outer shell, and between these two reservoirs, there are materials such as perlite, which act based on the molecular sieve method.

The inner reservoir of the inner tube of the tank is made of stainless steel. This matter, along with many tests on the reservoir, ensures the good quality of the gas, which is an important factor in maintaining the purity of the gas.

The tanks used in industrial complexes usually have capacities from 1 ton to 30 tons and work pressure of 5 to 15 bar.

Briefly, the superiority of cryogenic tanks to conventional capsules can be summarized as follows:

  1. Price: The charge price for cryogenic tanks is generally 1/3 of the charge price of the capsule (in the last part, estimated costs are provided)
  2. Replacing and transporting: Cryogenic tanks are installed once and charged using carriage in a period of 1 to 2 months; however, the capsules should be transported and charged on a daily or weekly basis.
  3. Repairs and Maintenance: Capsules should be under watched because of brass valves and regular replacements, and the capsule body itself should be periodically tested and health checked, which is not the case in tanks.
  4. Working pressure: The pressure of the tanks is adjusted according to the type of operation, but the capsules are filled with pressures of 120 to 200 bar, which causes a lot of dangers.

Glass industry:

Due to the increase of production of oxygen, nitrogen, argon and CO2 in liquid form in the country by large producers such as Foolad Mobakarake, Foolad Ahvaz, Zob Ahan, and etc., the use of cryogenic tanks in the capsule charging industry has greatly boomed.

Welding industry:

Co2 gas and argon are one of the most commonly used gases in the welding industry, where the cryogenic tanks stores them at low temperatures to provide consumers with a change of liquid to the gas when needed.

 

Simple Cutting – Laser Cutting Industry:
The use of oxygen in the cutting industry is usually done. The working pressure is adjusted according to the thickness of the piece. The use of nitrogen in plasma cutting and other cutting methods can increase the quality of the work surface.

Drilling industry:
Nitrogen injections can be carried out with the purpose of increasing harvesting in oil reservoirs, as well as with the aim of recycling and stabilizing the reservoir pressure in gas reservoirs and gas lift. Limitation of the use of natural gas and carbon dioxide makes nitrogen as an economic alternative in merging projects.
